Join Jackie Moser, LMT, and Kate Thomas, LAc, for our Winter Qi Gong Workshop! Qi Gong is a form of mindful movement that helps regulate Qi, or the vital energy of the body, and helps us remain strong and grounded. Over the course of three weeks, you'll learn the Qi Gong form the Eight Brocades, a great introductory form that you can practice daily. During each class, we'll also discuss Chinese medicine tips for the Winter season, and you'll leave each week with information to help you and your body better adapt to the season!

Click here to sign up for this workshop! The class is limited to 8 participants.

Our schedule is:

  • Tuesday, November 28 - learn and practice the first four parts of the form

  • Tuesday, December 5 - learn and practice the last four parts of the form

  • Tuesday, December 12 - practice the entire form at least twice

Because each week builds on the previous week, we strongly recommend that you attend all three nights!

The workshop series is $60. If the cost is a burden or you would like a payment plan, don't hesitate to get in touch with Kate at kate@fireweedacupuncture.com.

Accessibility: During each class, we will show you both the seated and standing versions of the posture. You are welcome to practice either method! If you prefer to sit to practice, folding chairs will be provided. If you'd like to stand to practice, bring a yoga mat or wear warm and slip-resistant socks! There is a single occupancy, all-gender restroom in the clinic.

COVID & Mask policy: Masks are not required but are welcome; if you are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms, we ask that you wear a mask. We will have a HEPA filter running during the event.
