Memberships are designed to make your life a little bit easier by helping you stay on top of receiving care regularly!

All members receive:

  • 2 included appointments per month of your selected type.

  • A discount on additional appointments each month.

  • 10% off in-clinic retail - including herbal formula refills.

  • An additional 5% off all products ordered through FullScript. (This is a total of 20% off list price!)

  • Additional discounts and freebies on membership anniversaries.

Membership Options

  • Acupuncture Only Membership

    60-minute biweekly: $160 per month. This membership includes two 60-minute Acupuncture-Only Follow-Up appointments per month. (+$80 per additional session)

    90-minute biweekly: $260 per month. This membership includes two 90-minute Acupuncture-Only Follow-Up appointments per month. (+$130 per additional session)

    In addition to the other membership benefits, this membership reflects a $5 discount per appointment.

    60-minute biweekly: $210 per month. This membership includes two 60-minute Acupuncture + Bodywork Follow-Up appointments per month. (+$105 per additional session)

    90-minute biweekly: $310 per month. This membership includes two 90-minute Acupuncture + Bodywork Follow-Up appointments per month. (+$155 per additional session)

FAQs

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the first of every month. If you sign up mid-month, your membership will begin on the first day of the next month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! There is no minimum length of time for membership. However, you must provide 15 days’ notice for cancellation. You will be charged for the final month if your membership renewal falls within the 15-day cancellation window. Please make sure to complete your cancellation notification before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged. Your membership benefits will end on the last day of the month, and you will have 30 days from the end of the month to use any remaining “rollover” appointments. Do unused appointments “roll over” or accumulate?

Only ONE appointment can accumulate from the previous month. Any additional unused appointments will not accumulate, and there are no refunds for unused appointments. After membership cancellation, you will have one month to use the remaining appointment, after which it will expire.

Can I share my membership with anyone?

No. All appointments and membership benefits are non-transferable (which means they apply only to you).

What else should I know about the membership?

Here are a few more highlights:

  • Memberships are limited due to available appointment times.

  • Memberships are available to current patients only.

  • The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies to all appointments. Fees will be charged for late cancellations (fee amount varies by appointment type; please view the financial policies agreement for more details).

  • No-shows will count as missed appointments, and one appointment will be deducted from your total that month; appointments in excess of your monthly appointments will be charged the full visit fee to the card on file.

  • Please review the membership agreement carefully - it sets out all the terms of membership!
