In this class, I offer tips to help survive the summer heat using acupressure, Chinese medicine food therapy, gua sha, and more. This class is also a short introduction to the different modalities in Chinese medicine. I'll be giving demos of acupuncture, gua sha (friction on your skin with a tool), as well as discussing some of the other available techniques in clinic!

Everyone is welcome to sample the techniques, and you'll leave with a guide on acupressure points, food therapy, and other Chinese medicine tips specific to the summer season.
