Ideal for: massage therapists, bodyworkers, therapists, RDs, or other one-on-one providers. Also a great fit for practitioners running a hybrid practice who need a professional, private space a few days a week without a full-time lease - virtual appointments welcome.

Rent: $650/month for exclusive weekly use.

Requirements: Active licensure, current malpractice/liability insurance, welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community, commitment to a low-scent environment.
